Team members work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment with opportunities to learn multiple aspects of warehouse and logistics operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Description</strong> The 3PL Warehouse Supervisor – East El Paso is a full-time, on-site role based in El Paso, TX. This position oversees day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, outbound shipping, order picking, packing, staging, and inventory movements. The supervisor leads and schedules warehouse associates, assigns tasks, monitors productivity, and ensures adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with transportation providers and customers, resolving shipment issues, verifying paperwork and system accuracy, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, supporting cycle counts, training team members on equipment and procedures, and identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and service.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task delegation, performance feedback, and coaching in a warehouse environment.</li><li>Hands-on experience with shipping & receiving processes, including documentation, carrier coordination, and handling outbound and inbound freight.</li><li>Knowledge of material handling practices, including safe use of pallet jacks, conveyors, and related warehouse equipment.</li><li>Practical experience with inventory control, including stock rotation, location management, and participation in cycle counts or physical inventories.</li><li>Ability to safely operate forklifts and related powered industrial trucks, with current or prior certification preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), basic computer skills, and the ability to learn new software quickly.</li><li>Strong focus on safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies and OSHA guidelines.</li><li>Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and carriers.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certifications in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work on-site in El Paso, TX, and to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing, lifting, and operating equipment as needed.</li></ul>
