FTE AHFT Cardiology clinical practice opportunity
Join 7 Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiologists and 4 experienced Cardiac Surgeons
Outreach clinic 'approximately' one day per week
Proficiency in Cath lab procedures, including invasive hemodynamic assessments, myocardial biopsies, diagnostic coronary angiograms (optional), urgent temporary MCS devices (optional) and PA pressure sensor implants (optional)
On-call for AHFT team only
Encourage participation in medical education of general cardiology & AHFT fellows and internal medicine residents and medical students, and regional CV conferences hosted by Advocate Health\
Participation in ongoing advanced HF, transplant, MCS & PAH research
EPIC EMR

Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature

Salary: $559,301 plus up to $50K annual incentive bonus

Training and/or Experience Required
B/E or B/C in cardiovascular disease
B/E or B/C in advanced heart failure and transplant
Successful completion of a fellowship program in advanced heart failure and transplant
