Own the channel. Build the engine. Scale it globally.

BIOSTEEL is looking for a highly strategic, performance-driven leader to take full ownership of our Amazon business and scale it into a dominant revenue engine across all major marketplaces.

This is not a maintenance role — this is a build, optimize, and aggressively scale opportunity.

You will have the mandate, resources, and leadership alignment to drive Amazon as high as it can go — across Canada, the US, and beyond.

You will define the vision, own the numbers, and execute the strategy to unlock the full potential of Amazon as a global growth channel.

If you’re someone who wants to own a P&L, move fast, and see the direct impact of your decisions on revenue and profitability, this role is built for you!

WHAT YOU’LL OWN:

Full Amazon Ownership & Expansion

  • Own the Amazon P&L — revenue, profitability, and long-term channel growth
  • Take full control of Amazon performance across North America, with the opportunity to expand into new markets
  • Define and execute both short-term wins and long-term scale strategies

Scale What Works. Build What Doesn’t Exist Yet.

  • Lead the strategy behind advertising (PPC & DSP)
  • Identify and unlock new growth levers across marketplaces — not just optimize what exists
  • Set and own key performance metrics (ROAS, TACoS, CVR, AOV, etc.) and continuously push them higher

Drive Revenue Through Smart Execution

  • Own the global promotional calendar, including Prime events and key regional opportunities
  • Lead new product launches end-to-end — from ranking strategy to review generation
  • Build pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and margin protection

Elevate the Customer Experience & Conversion

  • Own and continuously improve all Amazon customer touchpoints (PDPs, A+ content, Brand Store)
  • Drive creative and content strategy that converts — not just looks good
  • Run ongoing testing to increase conversion rates across all regions
  • Partner cross-functionally to scale creator, affiliate, and influencer-driven Amazon growth

Use Data to Win

  • Own the Amazon data ecosystem (Amazon Ads, AMC, Prescient AI, etc.)
  • Turn insights into decisive action across ads, pricing, promotions, and inventory
  • Identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Build a culture of continuous performance improvement

Lead Across the Business

  • Act as the central owner of Amazon within the company, aligning with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales
  • Ensure inventory and operations are set up to support aggressive growth
  • Own reporting and communicate performance clearly to leadership
  • Build scalable systems and processes that support long-term growth
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with Amazon internal teams

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 5+ years of e-commerce experience with deep Amazon expertise
  • A proven track record of scaling Amazon businesses across multiple regions
  • Strong command of:
  • Amazon PPC & DSP strategy
  • Ranking and SEO mechanics
  • North American Marketplace dynamics (Canada/US to start)
  • Inventory and supply chain coordination
  • Experience managing meaningful ad budgets
  • Highly analytical with a strong bias toward action
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT:

  • True ownership — you own the channel, not just a piece of it
  • Direct impact — your decisions immediately influence revenue and profitability
  • Global scope — scale across multiple major marketplaces and expand into new ones
  • High ceiling — the opportunity to build Amazon into a significantly larger part of the business
  • Drive creative and content strategy that converts — not just looks good
  • Partner cross-functionally to scale creator, affiliate, and influencer-driven Amazon growth
  • Run ongoing testing to increase conversion rates across all regions
