Associate Attorney - Premises Liability (Venue/Recreational) Mostly Remote

<p>Prominent national law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their thriving practice. Ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and have 2+ years litigation experience in <em>one or more </em>of the following areas: <strong><em>Professional Liability, Premises Liability, Construction/NY Labor Law, Medical Malpractice, General Tort, Transportation, Habitability, General Liability, Personal Injury, Products Liability, Civil Litigation, Toxic Tort, MVA, Employment, Municipal.</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p>You'll get the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting matters including some related to various venue liability litigation (recreational venues, arenas, amusement parks, etc.).</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Option to work 4 days remote, 1 day a week/month onsite in their East Midtown NYC office.
