About The Role Join Smurfit WestRock as a Bander Operator, where you’ll play a key role in securing finished products for shipment. You’ll operate banding equipment, ensure quality standards, and help keep production moving efficiently. Keywords: manufacturing jobs, machine operator, packaging operator.

What You'll Do

• Operate banding machines to strap and secure corrugated or paperboard products.
• Inspect bundles for proper alignment, band tension, and labeling.
• Perform routine equipment checks and minor maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
