Billing Analyst

<p><strong>Position: Financial & Billing Analyst</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Columbus, OH (Hybrid)</p><p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor and reconcile billing and revenue across multiple service lines to ensure accuracy and completeness</li><li>Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders</li><li>Analyze financial data to support decision-making, including forecasting, variance analysis, and trend reporting</li><li>Build and maintain financial models, including P&L forecasts, cash flow projections, and key performance metrics</li><li>Track financial performance, identify variances, trends and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes</li><li>Support annual budgeting, forecasting cycles, and long-term financial planning</li><li>Assist with financial analysis and modeling for new initiatives, partnerships, and growth opportunities</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Advanced knowledge of Excel</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance preferred</li><li>1 - 3 years' financial analysis and modeling experience</li><li>Ability to identify discrepancies and drive resolution in a timely manner</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams</li></ul>
