Business Analyst - Remote (US market)

<strong><strong>We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and work on complex, integration-heavy IT projects. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and delivery teams to shape solutions, turn business needs into implementation-ready requirements and support effective technical delivery.<br><br></strong></strong><strong><strong>Location: </strong></strong>US Remote in US (preferably Eastern or Central US)<br><br><strong><strong>Employment Type</strong></strong>: Full-Time<br><br><strong><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>Collaborate with client stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and validate business and system requirements</li><li>Collaborate with the delivery team to refine requirements and align on feasibility, solution options, design decisions, and implementation scope</li><li>Define and decompose requirements into implementation-ready work items and tasks</li><li>Create, maintain, and manage requirements and related project documentation</li><li>Participate in refinement, estimation, and planning activities</li><li>Facilitate discussions, demos, and acceptance reviews<br><br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>3+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst and/or System Analyst on IT projects</li><li>Background in IT, business or related fields (formal education or equivalent experience)</li><li>Strong technical background and ability to analyze system behavior, integrations (APIs/events) and data models</li><li>Ability to identify root causes, challenge assumptions, and ask the right questions</li><li>Ability to quickly learn and navigate complex systems, domains, and concepts</li><li>Ability to manage business analysis tasks end-to-end within the agreed scope</li><li>Strong communication and facilitation skills with both business and technical stakeholders</li><li>English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher<br><br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>NICE TO HAVE:<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>Experience in discovery, presales, or early solution shaping phases</li><li>Experience with cloud-based, integration-heavy systems, including IoT/edge and AI/ML-enabled solutions</li><li>Experience with data analysis and visualization tools</li><li>Experience applying AI-assisted tools to business analysis tasks</li><li>Experience implementing workflows in Dynamics 365 apps (low-code/no-code configuration)<br><br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>Compensation:</strong></strong> We offer a competitive, experience-based salary aligned with market benchmarks.
