CRO Funnel Specialist

To support a results-driven digital marketing agency, the remote CRO Funnel Specialist will lead the optimization of marketing funnels and landing pages, utilizing behavioral insights and conversion-focused experimentation to enhance performance across all stages of the buyer journey.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze full-funnel performance metrics and own the A/B testing roadmap to drive conversion improvements
  • Build and optimize landing pages using tools like Unbounce and ClickFunnels, ensuring mobile-first design and seamless user experience
  • Lead the execution of conversion experiments, coordinating cross-functional resources and documenting learnings for future optimization
Required qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in-house or within an agency
  • BA/BS degree in marketing or business, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record of improving conversion rates for digital offers and e-commerce
  • Hands-on experience with landing page builders and automation tools such as Unbounce, ClickFunnels, and Zapier
  • Deep knowledge of buyer psychology and direct response copywriting
