In partnership with business domain leads, y ou will lead the d esign , implementation , and adoption of valuable and reusable data products. This position is crucial in enhancing our capabilities and achieving impactful business outcomes. As a Data Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our innovative approach towards a d ecentralized and d omain - driven d ata product m arketplace .<br><br><strong> As a D ata P roduct M anager , you will be: <br><br></strong><ul><li> Engaging with business stakeholders regularly to identify and prioritize new opportunities and translate them into data product designs. </li><li> Ensuring alignment of business opportunities and data products with market and regulatory requirements and business goals. </li><li> Understanding and addressing user needs throughout the product lifecycle . </li><li> Conducting research, user interviews, and providing guidance for product development. </li><li> Leading the product discovery phase and creating the initial high-level technical design of data products. </li><li> Overseeing the data product team and the entire data product lifecycle across continuous discovery and delivery cycles . </li><li> Act ing as the primary point of contact between cross-functional teams, data, IT, and business leaders. </li><li> Ensuring data quality and implementing governance practices to maintain clean and current data. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong> For this position, you will need to have: <br><br></strong><ul><li> 3 + years of professional work experience. </li><li> Experience in both data & analytics, and business fields. </li><li> Experience in guiding teams towards desired outcome s . </li><li> Proven ability to manage and engage with diverse stakeholders . </li><li> Experience in facilitation of workshops and meetings. </li><li> Ability to align technical solutions with business strategy. </li><li> Propensity to translate expectations and challenges between stakeholders and technical experts. </li><li> Proven ability to adapt and solve challenge s while working in a constantly changing environment. </li><li> Excellent spoken and written communication. </li><li> Experience in product management, design and development within the data and AI space is a plus. </li><li> Technical fluency towards data and AI is a plus . </li><li> Strong understanding of industry trends and insurance knowledge is a plus . </li><li> Experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban is a plus . <br><br></li></ul><strong> Salary Range $88,230.60 - $217,946.30 + bonus<br><br></strong>In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, this range represents a good-faith estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, credentials, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.<br><br>This role may be based out of any of our office locations, including:<br><br>New York, NY; Parsippany, NJ; Conshohocken, PA; Wilkes ‑ Barre, PA; Alpharetta, GA; Rosemont, IL; Plano, TX; Scottsdale, AZ; and Rancho Cordova, CA.<br><br><strong> Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.</strong>
