E-commerce Platform Manager

Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding e-commerce business, is seeking an experienced E-commerce Platform Manager to join their team in Minneapolis, Minnesota, US . This role is pivotal in optimizing and managing their online sales channels to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring its functionality, performance, and security. Key responsibilities include managing product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and website content to maximize sales conversions. You will work closely with marketing teams to implement digital marketing campaigns, SEO strategies, and social media integrations to drive traffic and engagement. Analyzing website performance metrics, customer behavior, and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement is a critical part of this role. Collaboration with IT, customer service, and fulfillment teams will be essential to ensure a seamless customer journey. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably with a strong focus on platform management and digital marketing. Proven experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) are required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
