Entry-Level Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Work closely with clients to elicit requirements, understand their needs
• Collaborate with developers to ensure they fully understand project goals
• Develop and refine functional specifications, use cases, and flow diagrams
• Keep an eye on project progress and communicate updates with clients
• Help troubleshoot and resolve any project hiccups
• Serve as liaison between the client and the development team
• Gather feedback post-launch to keep improving our processes

Requirements:

• No previous experience as a Business Analyst required
• Great communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical folks
• Strong problem-solving skills
• A general understanding of software development processes
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and any data visualization software is a plus!
