Executive Virtual Assistant for Ongoing Part-Time Support - Wide Variety of Tasks

I am looking for a sharp, organized, and resourceful Executive Virtual Assistant. You’ll handle research, communications, coordination, and business maintenance operations and logistics while playing a key role in my work and personal life running smoothly. This is a flexible part-time role with room to grow.

Job Description

As Executive Assistant, you’ll support both professional and personal priorities, manage logistics, keep the business organized, and coordinate across a growing set of stakeholders. You’ll also lead special projects from concept to delivery—helping with brainstorming, planning, execution, and follow-through. Task assignment will start light in the beginning to test the waters, but can then expand from there. Likely less than 5 hours a week to start.

Responsibilities

- Conduct general and technical research

- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics

- Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and draft presentations or documents

- Act as liaison with clients, contractors, service providers, suppliers, etc.

- Book travel, manage itineraries, and submit expense reports

- Organize and maintain digital files, systems, and internal tools

- Lead special projects from brainstorming through final delivery, which could include vendor/supplier sourcing and assessments, presentations onboarding docs, or new workflows

- Provide personal assistance including managing appointments, coordinating errands, booking personal travel, and occasional household admin

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in executive support, operations, or admin roles

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills

- Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and modern productivity tools

- Self-starter with sound judgment and a proactive approach

- Professional and privacy-minded when handling confidential info

- Fluent english a must
