Representative Role Overview A leading middle-market investment bank may seek a Financial Sponsors & M&A Analyst to assist in originating, structuring, and executing M&A transactions, particularly with private equity sponsors and alternative investors. This role provides exposure to deal sourcing, financial modeling, sponsor relationship management, and client deliverables, making it ideal for candidates pursuing careers in investment banking, private equity, or leveraged finance.
