This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in starting a career in the oilfield. Norton Energy Drilling is hiring Floorhands to work 12-hour shifts on a 7-on/7-off rotation in Lubbock, TX. No prior experience is needed as full training is provided. Ideal candidates are physically fit, safety-conscious, and willing to work outdoors in all weather.
