  • Oversee night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly and effectively.
  • Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, providing clear information and assistance to callers.
  • Support the training and development of front desk team members, fostering a positive work environment focused on hospitality excellence.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing details to ensure seamless operations.

Skills

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk supervision with a strong understanding of hotel operations and Marriott standards.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that creates a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems to streamline communication.
