Frontend Developer (Optimizely + Modern Frameworks)

You will build and maintain responsive, accessible Optimizely-based websites and components.

Responsibilities

  • Convert UI/UX designs into performant Optimizely templates and components with pixel-perfect precision.
  • Integrate frontend layers with CMS content and data in collaboration with backend and fullstack teams.
  • Develop interactive features using JavaScript and modern frameworks.
  • Execute cross-browser, device, and accessibility testing for all implemented features.
  • Participate in daily agile standups with U.S.-based design and product management teams.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of frontend development experience.
  • 2+ years of direct experience working with Optimizely.
  • Mastery of HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in one or more modern frameworks such as React or Vue.
  • Experience working with Razor views and CMS rendering pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Ability to interpret and implement precise design specifications.
