Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong professional to join arenaflex as a Global Equity Consultant. In this critical role, you will be responsible for supporting the administration and management of our equity-based compensation plans, including stock options, Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and employee stock purchase plans. You will play a key role in ensuring operational compliance, accuracy, and excellence in our global equity plan operations.

What You'll Do for Us

As a Global Equity Consultant at arenaflex, you will contribute to a team that delivers world-class stock plan management by:

    Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits

    to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and employee stock purchase plans, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.

      Processing the release of equity awards

      including Performance Share Unit (PSU) releases, Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) vestings, and stock purchase plan matching share awards with precision and attention to detail.

        Reviewing equity transaction activity

        encompassing stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.

          Researching, tracking, and responding to inquiries

          received from plan participants, method partners, HR teams, and other stakeholders, providing clear and accurate guidance on equity plan matters.

            Supporting equity-based long-term incentive award grant processes

            and stock purchase plan enrollment activities, ensuring smooth coordination between cross-functional teams.

              Producing ad-hoc data analytics and reporting

              in support of ongoing operations, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and accuracy.

                Reviewing and maintaining equity management systems and documentation

                , ensuring processes are well-documented, compliant, and continuously improved.

                  Performing other equity plan management tasks

                  as requested, contributing to the overall success of the global equity operations team.

                  Qualifications & Requirements

                  Essential Qualifications

                  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
                  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable area
                  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methodologies quickly
                  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and convert findings into actionable recommendations
