Identify and attract highly motivated veterans and transitioning service members to apply for the Hiring our Heroes Corporate Fellowship. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement recruitment strategies specifically tailored for the veteran community. Serve as a point of contact for applicants throughout the application and interview process, providing information and guidance as needed. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, including leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and potential for impact in the consulting industry. Work closely with hiring managers to match candidates with appropriate job opportunities within the firm. Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes for selected fellows, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Plan and organize networking and professional development events for fellows, promoting their integration into the Deloitte community. Serve as a mentor and advocate for fellows, providing guidance and support throughout their fellowship experience. Monitor and track the progress of fellows, providing regular feedback and evaluating their performance.
