HVAC Account Manager
Job Description:
- Develop an in depth understanding of our residential and commercial product offering.
- Supporting internal and external customers with technical commercial issues, quoting for light commercial HVAC equipment and supplies.
- Superior product selection capabilities with the ability to offer alternative solutions to save energy and cost for our customers.
- Proactive calls to customer base to drive sales and increase margins.
- Order entry and shipment tracking where necessary.
- Post-sale support as required.
- Facilitate product returns and train customers on warranty processing.
- Other duties as directed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC technical knowledge
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Experience supporting the sales team
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software.
- Strong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision-making skills.
- Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a positive human relations orientation.
