Information Technology Project Manager

The location is<strong> onsite in Columbus, OH</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• 5+ years of IT project management experience.</p><p>• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.</p><p>• Strong skills in project scheduling, delivery tracking, and stakeholder communication.</p><p>• Experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.</p><p>• Familiarity with Organizational Change Management strategies and techniques.</p><p>• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence across departments.</p><p>• Background in / knowledge of AI</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice to Have Skills & Experience</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira.</p><p>• Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.</p><p>• Familiarity with ERP platforms, cybersecurity frameworks, and end-user computing technologies.</p><p>• Systems in use include NetSuite, Salesforce, Office365, PowerBI, Box.com, Solidworks, rfSmart, e-commerce platforms, and StockIQ among others.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Insight Global is looking for an IT Project Manager who will be responsible for managing technology-driven projects in enterprise systems, cyber security, and workforce enablement. This role requires strong project delivery skills, a keen understanding of business and technical requirements, and the ability to build trusted relationships across business and operational teams. Candidates will plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects from initiation through successful delivery while they build and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and status reports. They will lead requirements definition sessions with stakeholders; document functional and technical needs. Must have familiarity with flow-charting to document functional processes and be able to apply Organizational Change Management (OCM) principles to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes. The must track project milestones, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely communication with leadership and stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Projects May Include:</strong></p><p>• Enhancement of ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms.</p><p>• Cyber security initiatives such as identity access management, endpoint protection, and policy enforcement.</p><p>• Workforce enablement solutions such as collaboration tools, mobile access, and user experience improvements.</p><p>• Business Intelligence improvements.</p>
