Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of the Dallas IT site, ensuring all hardware, software, and network services meet stringent availability and performance standards. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across desktops, servers, RF devices, and network infrastructure. Document incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to reduce repeat problems. Prioritize and manage high‑severity support tickets, coordinating with both local and remote IT support specialists to deliver rapid resolutions. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the IT processes and procedures that support the Service Delivery organization. Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions that align with the strategic goals of the Business Operations team. Oversee the planning, installation, and maintenance of structured cabling, server racks, and related hardware in multiple operating environments. Collaborate closely with senior business leaders to identify technology gaps, propose cost‑effective solutions, and drive execution of strategic initiatives. Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, service level agreements (SLAs), and escalation procedures. Mentor and develop a high‑performing IT support team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and exceptional customer service. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Minimum of 4 years of experience delivering technical support in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment. Industry‑recognized certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or MCITP (Microsoft equivalents are acceptable). Extensive hands‑on experience with RF devices, specifically the Moto MC9190, VC6090, and WT41N0 models (formerly Motorola/Zebra). Strong knowledge of core IT domains Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP, and network routing. Proficiency with arenaflex’s device management platform (formerly SOTI MobiControl) for mobile device provisioning and security. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a technical support team, delivering results in an SLA‑driven environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Physical ability to stand or walk for 10‑12 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lb when necessary.
