E & L Financial is looking to hire motivated sales agents in the Houston TX area. You will represent top carriers in the industry such as Mutual of Omaha, Foresters, Americo and many more “A” rated companies. If you are a good fit for us but not licensed, we can help you with that.
****Part-Time/Full-Time positions Available
****Our full-time Salesperson average $60,000 to $80,000 in their first year
****No cold calling required, we have LEGIT "A" LEADS, people who have expressed interest
****Company PAID incentives and vacations to qualified agents
****Constant training and support groups.
No monthly quotas, no cold calling. Not looking to hire lots of agents and see “what sticks”. Looking for someone who is a good fit for our culture, that wants to help families, WORKS HARD, and get paid well for it. NOTE: YOU will need a good work ethic and call the leads to make appointments, they do not call themselves!)
