Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor (NOC 1215) for MANNIE

Job Description

• Ensures that stock levels are adjusted for seasonal requirements, optimizes stock levels.
• Develops business by gaining new contracts, analysis logistical problems and producing new solutions.
• Analyzes data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.
• Schedules the appropriate service line for the situation (across all modes and all trade lanes) to maintain a cost effective balance between customer service and cost of shipment.
• Works closely with client’s representative to ensure service satisfaction.
• Monitors service quality and has a finger on the pulse of the order cycle are all critically important to the LSCM.
• Analyzes large amounts of data, from customer needs and customer satisfaction, to weather reports and vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Oversees and completes operational logistics of the team, establishes work schedule and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum of 1 year experience of logistics management under WMS environment.
• Advanced knowledge of computer knowledge, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

• Must have ability to pay particular attention to legislative issues, environmental issues and pressures as well as the mode of transport, costs, warehousing and distribution center management.
• Must have ability to communicate effectively with all levels of operation and staff.
• English-Mandarin Chinese speaking is preferred
