Logistics Operations Manager

Our client is looking for a highly organized and experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead their supply chain and warehouse operations in Jacksonville, Florida, US . This critical role involves overseeing all aspects of inventory management, order fulfillment, transportation, and distribution to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of logistics best practices, warehouse management systems (WMS), and supply chain optimization strategies. You will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff and logistics coordinators, ensuring productivity, safety, and adherence to company policies. Key duties include developing and implementing operational plans, optimizing warehouse layout and processes, and managing relationships with third-party logistics providers.
