Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 6 months experience as a Licensed Medicare Advisor. Must have health licensed obtained in resident state prior to start and in good standing. Ability to work overtime as business needs required.<ul><li>Demonstrated commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Exceptional verbal communication skills can explain complex information clearly</li><li>Empathetic and compassionate approach towards customers, ensuring a supportive environment throughout the consulting process. </li><li>Results-oriented attitude with a strong drive to succeed and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Sales experience in a related field is preferred but not required.</li></ul> Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
