This team plays a critical role in delivering high-quality HR operational support and ensuring seamless employee lifecycle processes across Bain offices in the Americas.<br/><br/><strong>WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM</strong><br/><br/>As the Manager leading the New Hire Workday team, you'll oversee a group responsible for executing and managing system-related HR processes for employees across the Americas. You'll combine operational expertise, people leadership, and process improvement capabilities to ensure exceptional service delivery in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.<br/><br/>This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a highly collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and brings a customer-service mindset alongside strong leadership and organizational skills.<br/><br/><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong><br/><br/><strong>Lead HR Operations & System Administration</strong><br/><ul><li>Oversee operational processes related to new hire administration across the Americas </li><li>Support and execute Workday transactions for new hires, interns, Summer Associates, employee leaves, and departures </li><li>Generate and manage applicable onboarding documentation and associated system updates </li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert on HR systems, policies, and operational processes </li><li>Understand and manage dependencies across cross-functional teams and stakeholders </li></ul><br/><strong>Manage & Develop the Team</strong><br/><ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Operations professionals </li><li>Create and manage work plans, cycle calendars, and operational priorities </li><li>Ensure service level agreements and major deadlines are consistently met </li><li>Facilitate strong communication and collaboration between the team and leadership </li><li>Support onboarding and training for new team members </li><li>Foster a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement </li></ul><br/><strong>Partner with Stakeholders</strong><br/><ul><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to HR teams, business leaders, and internal customers </li><li>Provide guidance on HR processes, policies, and system functionality </li><li>Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency </li><li>Support change management initiatives and process optimization efforts </li><li>Balance business needs, customer experience, and operational priorities </li></ul><br/><strong>Drive Analysis & Continuous Improvement</strong><br/><ul><li>Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and process quality </li><li>Troubleshoot system issues and identify operational solutions </li><li>Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests </li><li>Proactively identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities </li><li>Use feedback and insights to enhance team performance and customer experience </li></ul><br/><br/><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong><br/><br/><strong>Required Qualifications</strong><br/><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience </li><li>5-7+ years of HR experience </li><li>Strong understanding of HR fundamentals, including employee lifecycle processes and HR operations </li><li>Experience working with HR systems and operational workflows </li><li>Excellent project management and organizational skills </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities </li><li>Ability to build consensus and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information </li><li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment </li><li>English language fluency (written and verbal) </li></ul><br/><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong><br/><ul><li>Experience as an HR Business Generalist </li><li>Experience in a consulting or professional services environment </li><li>Experience leading or mentoring team members </li></ul><br/><strong>Working Model</strong><br/><br/>This role follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence at least 1 day per week. <br/><br/><strong>LOCATION</strong><br/><br/>Dallas, TX</div>
