<li>Support members with healthcare and security queries.</li>
<li>Coordinate medical appointments, authorise treatments, and manage policy claims.</li>
<li>Assess situations and communicate logistics worldwide.</li>
<li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.</li>

<li>Strong organisational and critical thinking skills.</li>

<li><strong>Excellent written and spoken Spanish, Portuguese and English required.</strong></li>
<li>Customer service experience (contact centre or similar) is desirable.</li>
<li>Confidence with Microsoft Office and an appreciation for data protection.</li>
<li>Degree level, with interest in healthcare, world politics, or international security preferred.</li>
