You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.</p> <h3><strong>What you'll do at work</strong></h3> <p><ul> <li>Support the team across acquisitions, asset management, and/or development projects</li> <li>Assist with property inspections, measured surveys, and due diligence</li> <li>Help prepare reports, valuations, and presentations for internal and client use</li> <li>Get involved in lease and transaction documentation</li> <li>Build relationships with advisors, contractors, and other professionals across the industry</li> <li>Experience across both the UK and German markets, with the potential to travel</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Where you'll work</strong></h3> <p> </p> <h2><strong>Training</strong></h2> <p>An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. This period also gives us time to get your apprenticeship enrolment with UBE in place for the next intake.</p> <ul> <li>Stage 2 - From Spring 2027 </li> </ul> <p>You'll be formally enrolled on the Level 6 Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship, a 4-year programme. From this point, your week will be structured as:</p> <ul> <li>4 days working in our London office</li> <li>1 day dedicated to remote study with UBE</li> <li>An additional 8-12 hours a week of independent study and assignment work on top of your dedicated study day</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Requirements</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Essential qualifications</strong></h3> <p>GCSE in:</p><ul> <li>English (grade 4/C)</li> <li>Maths (grade 4/C)</li> </ul> <p>Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have.
