What You'll Do<ul> <li>Lead personal injury cases from initial intake through resolution or trial.</li> <li>Conduct comprehensive case investigations and build strong evidentiary support.</li> <li>Draft and file necessary pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.</li> <li>Negotiate effectively with insurance companies and opposing counsel.</li> <li>Prepare for and represent clients at trial as necessary.</li> <li>Develop case strategies tailored to optimize client outcomes.</li> <li>Stay abreast of legal trends, case law, and regulatory updates.</li> <li>Mentor and provide support to junior attorneys and legal staff.</li> <li>Contribute to enhancing client experience and firm growth initiatives.</li></ul>What You Bring<ul> <li>J.D. from an accredited law school.</li> <li>Active license to practice law.</li> <li>3-5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.</li> <li>Demonstrable ability to achieve strong case results and settlements.</li> <li>Exceptional written, oral, and courtroom advocacy skills.</li> <li>Strong negotiation instincts and strategic thinking abilities.</li> <li>Capability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating within a team.</li> <li>Experience with legal research tools and case management systems.</li></ul>Standout Candidates May Also Have<ul> <li>Experience with complex or high-value injury cases.</li> <li>First-chair or substantial trial experience.</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or community involvement.</li></ul>Why Berry Law?
