This role ensures applications are complete, compliant with state and federal guidelines, and processed within established service level agreements. The associate will collaborate with providers, internal leadership, and the client to resolve discrepancies and move applications through the approval process.</span></a></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span><strong>Hours:</strong></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Standard work hours are either 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. MST, Monday through Friday with the possibility of flexible hours. As a Transaction Processing Specialists, you will be responsible for:</span></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;"><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Review, process, and manage Medicaid provider enrollment and revalidation applications.</span></p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Verify all application data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Medicaid guidelines.</span></p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Identify missing or incomplete documentation and proactively follow up with providers to obtain required information.</span></p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Maintain detailed and accurate records of application status, outreach efforts, and supporting documentation.</span></p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Communicate effectively with providers regarding application requirements, deficiencies, and next steps.</span></p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Partner with client representatives and internal leadership to resolve pending questions, escalations, or barriers preventing application approval.</span></p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Monitor assigned workload to ensure timely processing and adherence to established turnaround times.</span></p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Escalate complex issues or policy-related questions to leadership as appropriate.</span></p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents for accuracy and compliance.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal;
