$62,000 – $70,000 base salary + performance bonus (target total comp ~$70,000–$75,000)

About the Role

We are a growing real estate portfolio owner managing multiple short-term rentals (Airbnb) in Columbus and long-term rental properties in Dayton. We are looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented Operations Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day property operations.

This role is ideal for someone with property management experience who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly.

ResponsibilitiesShort-Term Rentals (Airbnb)

  • Coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure quality turnovers
  • Manage same-day turnovers and handle urgent issues
  • Monitor supply inventory and restock as needed
  • Resolve guest-related issues quickly and professionally
Long-Term Rentals
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors
  • Communicate with tenants regarding issues and requests
  • Assist with rent follow-ups and turnover preparation
  • Ensure units are ready for new tenants
Field Operations
  • Conduct regular property inspections
  • Travel to Dayton properties as needed
  • Meet vendors/contractors on-site when required
Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in property management, real estate operations, or similar
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle urgent issues
  • Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable coordinating with cleaners, contractors, and tenants
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Real estate license is a plus, but not required
