Diagnostics Specialist to support one of our trusted partners in the workers’ compensation space. This is a

100% remote opportunity ideal for someone who is organized, empathetic, and comfortable working directly with insurance carriers and injured workers.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage incoming referrals as they are assigned

  • Contact injured workers to complete prescreening questions

  • Communicate with claims adjusters to obtain authorizations and coordinate with insurance carriers

  • Confirm completed appointments and ensure all required reports are received

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience handling outbound calls with insurance carriers

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities

  • Friendly, empathetic communication style and a high level of professionalism

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience working with workers’ compensation cases
