Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and fully licensed State Farm Sales Team Member, with State Farm experience, to join our remote sales team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work from anywhere while earning a competitive salary plus commission and bonus opportunities. Qualifications:
MUST HAVE PRIOR STATE FARM EXPERIENCE
Must possess Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licenses (any state)
Proven sales experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
A proactive approach to prospecting and client engagement.
Passion for helping clients and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Identify and pursue new client opportunities through internet leads, past quote leads, live transfers, call-in's, and targeted lists.
Sales: Sell all lines of insurance to both existing and new clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with existing team members to achieve sales goals and enhance team performance.
Team Participation: Actively participate in virtual team meetings to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
Enjoyment: Bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to the role, contributing to a culture of enjoyment and fulfillment at work.
