Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor client progress.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health care and teletherapy.
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Current licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a telehealth setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
