Responsibilities
Manage and organize executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for help desk inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Assist in the planning and execution of company events and initiatives.
Monitor and respond to emails and other communications on behalf of executives.
Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to improve workflow.
Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
