They are seeking a Senior Manager, Account Executive to lead a national team focused on evaluating business impact across various healthcare systems while developing strategies to optimize brand sales and market share growth.


Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales Leadership and Federal Managed Care Leadership to manage VA/DOD initiatives. Develop overarching strategy to more fully and consistently penetrate these accounts. Work to appropriately allocate resources both human and financial to optimize ROI through increased brand sales
  • Responsible for assigned brand sales volume and market share growth in assigned regional book of business, identifies trends and new opportunities to increase revenue, and leads their sales teams to create strategies to impact regional sales objectives. Regional account leadership to assess business opportunity and contract strategy
  • Identifies business opportunities and threats at the regional level, and develop action plans to address
  • Identify market opportunities or threats and develop action plans to address market events. Partner with Channel Marketing team to coordinate in-house support for market events. Implement, coordinate, and optimize franchise marketing initiatives with local leadership teams in targeted accounts

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
  • Advanced analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting business
  • Ability to examine business environment and develop/execute in response to market opportunities
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet safe driving requirements
  • An essential requirement of your position is to satisfy all applicable health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements to gain and maintain entry into facilities and organizations that are in your assigned territory. You must also be in good standing and/or eligible to obtain these credentials
  • These HCIR credentialing requirements may include, but are not limited to, background checks, drug screens, proof of immunization/vaccination for various diseases, fingerprinting and specific licenses required by individual state or cities. Please remember that you are solely responsible for ensuring that you satisfy all HCIR credentialing requirements and for any associated liability for failing to do so
  • Previous leadership experience, as well as experience working in an account setting
