[Remote] Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst, Supply Chain - Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Business Intelligence Analyst to support Supply Chain reporting by delivering business intelligence reporting and dashboard solutions. The role involves collaborating with operational teams, designing reports, and driving data-driven decision making to improve warehouse and supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development and implementation of dashboards, reports, and other data visualization tools to help us monitor and improve warehouse and supply chain performance
• Collaborating with cross-functional and operational teams to understand their data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
• Operates with a clear bias-to-action to respond to customer needs
• Working with large, complex data sets and using advanced analytics techniques to extract insights and inform business decisions
• Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns and inform decision-making
• Performs and participates in root cause analysis of business problems, identifying and recommending solution alternatives, and develops reports to track key metrics and results
• Able to quickly learn and apply new technical, analytical, and operational knowledge to build better solutions
• Mentoring and guiding more junior team members in data analysis and visualization best practices
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of business intelligence, analytics, and supply chain optimization
• Driving Business Process Improvement within the Data Science, Reporting, and Analytics team by automating reporting, re-engineering dashboards and adding proactive visibility capabilities
• Additional duties as assigned by manager
