Guided by our values of integrity, respect, accountability and excellence, we use leading science and technology to move fiber-based packaging forward. <br><br><strong>The Opportunity:</strong> The Coca-Cola Corrugated Account Manager's primary responsibility is to lead and support the growth and sustained performance of Smurfit Westrock corrugated at the individual Coca-Cola Bottling facilities. <br><br>This individual will focus on the growth of new business and sustaining current and business for Coca-Cola North America.<br><br><strong>How you will impact Smurfit Westrock:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Work in partnership with local Smurfit Westrock Corrugated plants and Coca-Cola Bottling Plants to ensure outstanding performance for both parties</li><li>Build and foster solid relationships at the Coca-Cola Bottling facilities</li><li>Drive account for P&L and overall cost to serve, ensuring profitable growth over the long term. Understand the profitability of the individual locations and the overall corrugated segment as appropriate</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact internally for the customer, coordinating the engagement of internal experts, and resources to deliver innovative solutions and performance improvement </li><li>Manage contractual relationships and assist with negotiating multi-year contracts with valuable input from local bottlers as required</li><li>Identify pricing dynamics and contract constraints within accounts to inform WestRock commercial decisions</li><li>Communicate account performance to WestRock leadership team, Region and Business Unit leaders</li><li>Lead as required TSM's and BRM's with a strong account plan for strategic direction</li><li>Securing quotes for new items</li><li>Forecasting (internal and external)</li><li>CADs // Print Cards // Graphics discussion on art requirements<ol><li>Securing graphics requirements from applicable plants</li><li>Coordinate graphics with separator and WRK Graphics person at each plant</li><li>Ensure artwork posted to CCNA repository is sent to the appropriate plants</li><li>Responsible for development and maintenance database for drawings and print cards for all Coca-Cola corrugate business</li></ol></li><li>Coordinate with appropriate plants based on capabilities and equipment for new business</li><li>Handle DMR database for all plants<ol><li>ensure timeline is followed</li><li>ensure documentation is appropriate for DMR processing</li><li>addition of RCCA according to timeline</li><li>ensure DPPM is measured and met</li></ol></li><li>Ensure execution of price file<ol><li>ensuring timely response and submission of monthly reports</li></ol></li><li>Review activities with BRM's<ol><li>ensure adequate coverage</li><li>appropriate engagement with all plant levels</li></ol></li><li>Schedule and conduct SRMs in each location and provide deck</li><li>Support/conduct quality training </li><li>Assist/develop cost savings initiatives with all plants and BRMs</li><li>Create recycling programs for OCC</li><li>Identify bottling plant efficiencies</li><li>Assist with "standardizing" dies, where possible</li><li>Develop Business Continuity Plan and updates</li></ul><br><br><strong>What you need to succeed: </strong><br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred</li><li>Strongly prefer corrugated experience</li><li>Plant or Business unit functional Management leadership experience a plus</li><li>Track record of customer account growth and successful new sales quota achievement </li><li>Consultative solution selling experience</li><li>Known developer and experience in leading teams</li><li>Demonstrated ability to promote and use CRM data, tools and insights to drive results (preferably Salesforce.com) </li><li>Good computer and software skills (i.e., Microsoft teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)</li></ul><br><br><strong>What we offer:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Corporate culture is based on integrity, respect, accountability, and excellence.</li><li>Comprehensive training with numerous learning and development opportunities.</li><li>An attractive salary reflects skills, competencies, and potential.</li><li>Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with match and more!</li><li>A career with a global packaging company where Sustainability, Safety and Inclusion are business drivers and foundational elements of the daily work.</li></ul><br><br>Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment. <br><br>Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status or other characteristics protected by state or federal law.
