Job Purpose: We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of complex digital projects in a fully remote environment. This role reports to the Account Manager and works closely with Tech Leads, designers, developers, and QA teams. The main responsibility of this position is to ensure on-time delivery, efficient resource allocation, and high satisfaction levels for both clients and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and experienced in agile environments. Job Details: <ul> <li>Location: 100% remote. Preference will be given to candidates based in Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Colombia, or Mexico. </li> <li>Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Costa Rica time.</li> <li>Contract Type: Temporary contract.</li> <li>Language: Native Spanish required. Intermediate English proficiency in reading, writing, and conversation is valued but not mandatory.</li> <li>Availability: Immediate.</li> </ul> Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Own and maintain the master project plan, tracking milestones, dependencies, timelines, and risks.</li> <li>Coordinate and oversee daily project activities, ensuring alignment with objectives, deliverables, and organizational standards.</li> <li>Manage ticket workflows end-to-end, ensuring clarity, prioritization, ownership, and progress visibility.</li> <li>Coordinate across multiple agency partners, internal teams, Tech Leads, developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment.</li> <li>Proactively manage risks, blockers, and issues, providing solutions alongside timely escalations when needed.</li> <li>Keep documentation, status reporting, dashboards, and program artifacts clear, accurate, and up to date.</li> <li>Support Tech Leads throughout each project phase, including initiation, planning, definition, design, development, testing, and deployment.</li> <li>Manage and facilitate weekly releases, including task review, prioritization, and resource planning.</li> <li>Ensure smooth communication between development, QA, agency partners, and key stakeholders.</li> <li>Monitor scope, timelines, and project goals to ensure successful delivery.</li> <li>Foster collaboration across internal and external teams, aligning efforts around client experience and project outcomes.</li> <li>Establish operational standards and best practices to strengthen project execution and team performance.</li> <li>Collaborate with team leaders and the Account Manager to define processes, documentation, and quality criteria for all projects.</li> <li>Participate in strategic talent allocation for each project, aligning individual capabilities with business needs. </li> <li>Promote effective communication, team engagement, alignment, and ownership.</li> </ul> Background Education: <ul> <li>A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field is desirable.</li> <li>We highly value solid experience in digital agency projects, web development projects, and software projects using Scrum or Agile methodologies.</li> </ul> Required Skills and Experience: <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in project management or coordination within digital, agency, software, or multi-stakeholder environments.</li> <li>Experience managing digital projects such as web development, ecommerce, microsites, maintenance, or omnichannel campaigns. </li> <li>Strong experience with project planning and ticketing tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Excel, or similar platforms.</li> <li>Proven track record successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Excellent communication, organization, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Strong command of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, as well as traditional frameworks such as PMI and Waterfall.</li> <li>Advanced experience in project financial planning, including budget control, forecasting, pipeline management, and roadmap planning.</li> <li>Strong resource management skills, including priority balancing, timeline management, and task allocation.</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management skills, including communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution in demanding environments.</li> <li>Ability to lead remote and multicultural teams while fostering collaboration, efficiency, and autonomy.</li> <li>Experience implementing continuous improvement processes to ensure high-quality deliverables within established timelines and budgets.</li> <li>Strong operational excellence mindset, including standards definition, quality control, risk identification, and workflow optimization.</li> <li>Proficiency with project management and productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar platforms.</li> <li>High level of professionalism, self-management, continuous improvement mindset, and commitment to excellence.</li> <li>PMP, Scrum Master, or Six Sigma certifications are desirable but not required.</li> <li>Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus but not required.
