Senior Virtual Training Facilitator

We are seeking an expert Senior Virtual Training Facilitator for a contract engagement with our client, a premier healthcare organization specializing in pharmacy care services. Our client’s specialized remote teams guide patients through complex medication regimens, insurance hurdles, and clinical care pathways.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Live Cohorts: Lead high-energy, structured virtual training sessions via Zoom/Teams for incoming contract and permanent Care Coordinators and Case Managers.
  • Deliver Pharmacy-Specific Curriculum: Drive mastery of critical topics, including specialty pharmacy pipelines, prior authorization (PA) workflows, copay assistance programs, and strict HIPAA compliance.
  • Navigate Complex Workflows: Train learners to comfortably operate across dual systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) platforms, and CRM software.
  • Lead High-Stakes Simulations: Guide learners through complex patient scenarios, empathy-based active listening, and provider/insurer escalation phone simulations.
  • Assess Readiness: Evaluate learner competency through practical assessments and mock case reviews, providing objective feedback on "go-live" readiness to the client's leadership team.
  • Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with the client’s internal L&D team and clinical directors to ensure training aligns with current drug policies and operational metrics.
