Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. The Opportunity The Specialist, Marketing Program Management Office is an opportunity for an experienced project coordinator who wants to grow into a full Project Manager role over time. This role sits within the Marketing Operations team and supports complex, cross-functional marketing programs—starting within larger programs and progressively expanding into ownership of smaller projects. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a work management platform, values structure and clarity, and is motivated to build strong program and project management fundamentals in a regulated environment.

This role reports to the office 3 (three) times a week.

The Work Itself

This position reports to the Manager, Marketing Program Management and will:
  • Create and maintain core project artifacts (project plans, timelines, meeting notes, status updates, RAID logs) for assigned workstreams, with guidance from a Program Manager.
  • Facilitate core project routines—including meeting coordination, follow-ups, workflow updates, and project closure—leveraging AI tools responsibly to accelerate planning and documentation.
  • Complete training and maintain proficiency in Monday.com;
certifications supported.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support capacity planning, priority visibility, and delivery tracking.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and elevate risks or roadblocks early.
  • Support clear team communications and change management activities.
  • Partner with PMO leadership to execute program management routines and ensure delivery readiness aligned with brand, legal, compliance, risk, and accessibility standards.
  • Begin within managing within larger programs and take ownership of smaller projects end-to-end as scope expands.
Minimum Qualifications The Skills You Bring
  • 1+ years of experience
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 1+ years of hands-on project coordination or project management experience with demonstrated ownership of deliverables.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting marketing or cross-functional delivery preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize and execute on several projects at a time.
  • Works well under pressure and can meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tactical projects.
