You will play a key role in guiding decision-making, using data and industry experience to influence direction, while ensuring successful execution and performance of key initiatives.<br><br><strong>What You'll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li> Provide input and recommendations related to the line of business, including underwriting guidelines, appetite, rating approach, and product updates </li><li> Work with key business groups—including Distribution, Actuarial, Product Development, Data and Analytics, and Technology—to develop and implement system and process solutions that support business initiatives </li><li> Define ways to measure performance for business strategies and review results after implementation </li><li> Conduct portfolio analysis with guidance from the line of business leader, focusing on key performance indicators </li><li> Work with training and marketing teams to create communication and training materials for new or updated products </li><li> Research competitor activity and market information </li><li> Maintain awareness of state regulations and assist with responses to Department of Insurance inquiries </li><li> Document and maintain version control for underwriting guidelines, product updates, and changes </li><li> Evaluate and support distribution approaches across multiple channels, including Direct to Consumer and Retail Agencies <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>What You'll Bring<br><br></strong><ul><li> Bachelor's degree preferred with concentration in Risk Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics or Actuarial Sciences. </li><li> 10+ years of Product Management experience in the insurance industry; production underwriting experience preferred but not required. </li><li> Exhibit knowledge of industry trends, state regulations, and compliance processes. </li><li> Promote and exemplify data driven analysis and decision-making. </li><li> Promote and exemplify a culture of collaboration, including stakeholders at various levels and in various departments. </li><li> Exhibit an ability to work independently and creatively problem-solve. </li><li> Proficient with MS Office with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint. </li><li> SQL skills preferred but not required. <br><br></li></ul><strong> Salary Range <br><br></strong><strong>$120,000-$180,000.00 USD + bonus<br><br></strong><strong>In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, this range represents a good‐faith estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, credentials, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law. <br><br></strong><strong>This role may be based out of any of our office locations, including:<br><br></strong><strong>New York, NY; Parsippany; Conshohocken, PA; Wilkes‑Barre, PA; Alpharetta, GA.</strong>
