Using an established brand system and prebuilt components, you will create digital experiences that enable Sales partners to win and retain major business.This role offers exceptional visibility to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence outcomes at scale. You will be a key player in a major digital transformation as the team migrates demo capabilities to the Saleo platform, requiring a creative re-imagining of how we showcase product features to global clients.Responsibilities:Strategic Design Execution: Drive the end-to-end design process, from translating user needs into visual outcomes to sharing a long-term strategic vision for the demo experience.Roadmapping & Collaboration: Partner with Product owners to create and maintain product roadmaps and coordinate execution across UX, Sales, and Engineering teams.Asset Management: Create and manage high-fidelity Figma screens and prototypes with a mastery of version control, branching, and component libraries.Standards & Best Practices: Define and enforce UX standards to ensure accessibility compliance, consistent usability, and polished, sales-ready storytelling.Operational Excellence: Create structure within complex environments, documenting processes to allow for scalable design solutions.
