This project is a fixed-price assembly of a lightweight, 2-page static website deployed via Netlify, featuring a maximum 12-section landing page and a single-viewport carrier off-ramp page. Since the semantic HTML structure, CSS color variables, and inline textures are already built and all copy is fully provided, the freelancer will focus exclusively on UI layout design, mobile responsiveness, and smooth-scroll navigation without adding heavy frameworks. index.html background work for page 1 thus far attached.
