The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth, meeting and exceeding sales quotas, and coaching the team to effectively prospect, present, and close deals with mid-market companies. This role requires a focus on consultative selling, and the delivery of tailored lodging programs to businesses with frequent travel needs. The VP, Field Sales will also be involved in recruiting, training, and developing top sales talent, as well as managing sales team expenditures in alignment with budgetary requirements. Applicants for the VP, Field Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of professional sales experience, with a preference for those who have worked with mid-market customers. The role demands a proven track record in a consultative sales environment, particularly in selling B2B workforce solutions or travel-related services.
