Responsibilities
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs and expectations on an ongoing basis to ensure the highest satisfaction.
Coordinate the involvement and escalation of internal resources, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet customers expectations.
Communicating customer concerns, challenges and the interaction of different processes within their organization.
Proactively lead document planning process that develops performance objectives, KPI's, financial targets, and critical milestones for the duration of each customer contract.
Act as a dedicated advocate for the customer, ensuring a seamless, positive experience throughout the entire transaction process.
Effectively prioritize tasks to maximize productivity and ensure efficient use of both your time and your team’s resources.
Enthusiastically represent Orleans Toyota technology and solutions.
Requirements
Customer-facing sales experience in challenging environments required
Strong customer service and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Comfortable with technology
Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends
Nice-to-haves
automotive dealership experience, (sales, service, F&I, or BDC)
dealership systems experience
Experience with contracts/compliance or documentation-heavy roles
