Our Blood Institute is looking for A Customer Service Representative to <span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">interact with the public on an individual basis for the purpose of gaining commitment to support The Blood Institute's lifesaving mission</span> This position will work 40 hours per week while working from home. A successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, pleasant voice and professional manner and ability to effectively communicate and speak clearly to the public over the phone.
