As a Benefits Analyst, you will support Benefits implementations and ongoing technology service delivery to clients and teams within Strada Global.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborates with the client to resolve requests they may have related to a project or an escalated employee issue</li><li>Resolves cases and/or systematic edits for our clients’ employees</li><li>Works daily with other Strada colleagues, third-party providers, and client contacts to ensure seamless process deliver for our clients’ employees</li><li>Manages own work and communicates status to team</li><li>Understands how to utilize the data in Workday to perform root cause analysis and trending for continuous improvement opportunities</li><li>Create tickets as needed and follow up on the status, reporting back to the appropriate team member.</li><li>Demonstrates quality assurance fundamentals by reviewing/executing test plans to ensure system specifications are as expected</li></ul>Qualifications, Skills, and Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail</li><li>Experience working in a virtual, team-oriented, collaborative environment</li><li>Strong client-service orientation</li><li>Self-starter who demonstrates discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance</li><li>Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external contacts</li><li>Experience working with tools to manage workflow/issue tracking (e.g., Atlassian Jira) is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of Employee Benefits is a plus</li><li>Workday experience is a plus</li></ul>LocationFully Remote - USAt Strada, our values guide everything we do:<ul><li>Anticipate Customer Needs – We stay ahead of trends so our customers can grow and succeed.</li><li>Own the Outcome – We take responsibility for delivering excellence and ensuring things get done right.</li><li>Challenge Ourselves to Work Smarter – We move faster than the world around us to drive change and accomplish more.</li><li>Empower Each Other to Solve Problems – We tackle challenges head on, ask tough questions, and collaborate to find the best solutions.</li><li>Care About Our Work – We understand that what we do impacts millions, and we have a responsibility to get it right.</li></ul>BenefitsAt Strada, we support your whole self—offering a range of benefits for your health, wellbeing, finances, and future.
