Workday HCM Architect – Any HCM Modules

Job Description:

  • Lead and architect end-to-end Workday implementations and post production optimizations
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, transforming them into system design solutions
  • Provide expert-level guidance on Workday functionality across various modules, ensuring efficient configuration and integration
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and design scalable, long-term solutions for system enhancements
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and client teams through best practices and Workday system knowledge

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Workday architecture and design across one or more modules (e.g., HCM, Financials, Recruiting, Absence, etc.)
  • Previous experience leading or implementing Workday solutions in a consulting or client-side role
  • Ability to design and deliver comprehensive Workday solutions that meet client needs
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Workday certification(s) preferred but not required.
